PCE believes in empowering adults with disabilities to have deeper and more meaningful experiences within their community. To help individuals find success in greater independence and decision making in their personal, social, and life activities, we utilize the “Three E’s”: Expose, Engage, and Enrich. Our fluid approach allows for greater flexibility and responsiveness to the expressed needs and wants of the individuals we serve by supporting personal growth through experiential participation.
